Successful TES SEN Show
The TES SEN Show on Friday 9th & Saturday 10th October was yet again a great success, with over 250 exhibitors showcasing some fantastic products and services for children of all ages with SEN.
LDA took stand 161 which was perfectly positioned with two sides open to two walkways and different themes on both sides.
At the LDA Stand we were launching our new How to garden and grow: gardening as therapy for children with SEND resource in our SEND-friendly garden, our new How to enhance the mental health and emotional wellbeing of primary children with SEN and we also had a display of our best selling products in our SEN-friendly classroom.
Throughout the two days there were over 5500 visitors from across not only the UK but globally, with some people that we spoke to having travelled from the USA and South Africa.
The author of How to enhance the mental health and emotional wellbeing of primary children with SEN, Dr Melanie Forster attended on the Friday afternoon to answer specific questions about the resource and how it can be implemented in primary schools.
We look forward to seeing everyone there again next year!
